yeast pancakes (bliny) Recipe
I cook these pancakes for breakfast on weekends, when I have time,
They obtained a lot prettier ordinary pancakes and taste slightly different,
My children love them dearly
can use a different flour (buckwheat, oats, rye)

Directions
- do liquid dough and aside (in a warm place) for about an hour two
- fry pancakes, both sides - the first time adding a little oil in a frying pan,
- second and more pancakes you can bake without adding oil
- eat hot with sour cream \ caviar \ jam
